A leading professional services network is seeking an Instructional Designer Manager for an 8-month temporary role. This position focuses on designing leadership development programs and requires strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. The Instructional Designer Manager is responsible for project management, document design, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to colleagues within GTIL and member firms, as well as relevant administration. This role focuses on the instructional design of leadership development programs for professionals across our network.
The Instructional Designer Manager collaborates across areas such as culture, diversity, coaching, leadership, and learning projects. Culture is a key differentiator and a catalyst for strategy execution, beginning with leadership and aligning with the network’s strategic focus. This role supports developing an adaptive, agile, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture to foster trust and confidence among member firms and support sustainable growth.
This is a temporary global role (8-month contract) requiring meetings across multiple time zones and flexible working hours.
