At CORUS we are looking for a Technical Incident Manager to join our IT Operations team on an international project.

Location : 100% remote from Spain

You will :

  • Manage the resolution of critical IT incidents to restore services as quickly as possible.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical and business) to ensure fast, efficient, and well-communicated incident responses.
  • Monitor and analyse system and application metrics to proactively detect, resolve, and prevent issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and participate in problem management activities to drive long-term improvements.
  • Work across hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud) to ensure service reliability and performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of incident response and operational processes.

What should have :

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical roles related to system operations, support, or reliability.
  • Experience in infrastructure, systems administration, or technical operations.
  • Degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS or Azure).
  • Proven experience in handling major incidents and collaborating in high-pressure environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and experience with DevOps practices.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate issues and improve system reliability.
