Currently, BATA Spain and AW LAB Spain are seeking to expand their HR Management Department with a professional responsible for HR processes of the Spanish employees.

In Spain, AW LAB is experiencing significant growth in its network of direct shops and franchises.

KEY CHALLENGES

1. Coordinate and manage the onboarding of new employees, including initial orientation and training
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
3. Monitor attendance and manage the timekeeping system
4. Assist in managing employee payroll and benefits
5. Ensure compliance with all labor and safety regulations at the store
6. Assist in preparing and managing HR audits
7. Implement company policies and procedures related to HR
8. Manage HR-related documentation
9. Manage staff selection and recruitment processes
10. Work closely with store managers to understand staffing needs
11. Coordinate and organize training and development activities for store staff

1. At least 1 year of HR experience, ideally in multinational environments
