Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in mobile gaming or rewards applications.

We are a fast-growing mobile gaming company behind Money Time, a highly successful reward gaming app with over 1 million downloads. Our mission is to deliver engaging, innovative experiences to our players.

Role Overview :

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, creating actionable insights, and helping optimize our platform's performance metrics. You'll maintain and create graphs and dashboards in Amplitude while suggesting new data tracking strategies to enhance our understanding of user behavior. Working directly with our small team, you'll have significant influence on data-informed decision making and product success.

Responsibilities

  • Analytics Dashboard Management : Maintain and create graphs and dashboards in Amplitude to visualize key performance metrics.
  • Performance Analysis : Analyze user acquisition, engagement, and monetization data
  • Metric Optimization : Identify opportunities to improve key metrics including ARPDAU, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Data Strategy : Develop and implement data tracking strategies to capture meaningful user behaviors.
  • Testing & Validation : Evaluate the effectiveness of features and campaigns through A / B testing and cohort analysis.
  • Reporting : Create regular reports and presentations for key stakeholders on user behavior and performance metrics.
  • Analytics Enhancement : Recommend new data points and analytics tools to strengthen our data infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in mobile gaming or rewards applications
  • Strong understanding of mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and attribution analytics
  • Experience with Amplitude, Adjust, and Firebase or similar analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of key mobile gaming metrics (ARPDAU, retention, churn, conversion rates)
  • Understanding of user acquisition strategies and funnel optimization
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience with A / B testing methodologies

Nice-to-Have :

  • Background in ad-monetized mobile games or rewards applications
  • Experience with Python for data analysis
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
  • Understanding of behavioral economics principles
