Position : Audiovisual Trading Director

We are seeking an experienced, strategic Audiovisual Trading Director to lead our audiovisual advertising trading initiatives. The role involves developing and executing media strategies to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and revenue growth. Key skills include a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, negotiation capabilities, and performance analysis for optimization.

  • Develop and implement media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives, focusing on audience reach, frequency, and engagement.
  • Negotiate with TV networks, broadcasters, and media agencies to secure optimal pricing, placements, and value-added opportunities.
  • Analyze audience data, viewership trends, and market research to identify strategic opportunities and target demographics.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful TV ad content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate TV ad performance using metrics such as GRPs, TRPs, reach, frequency, and CPA.
  • Manage budgets, allocations, and forecasts to ensure resource efficiency and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TV networks, media agencies, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
  • Previous team management experience is valued.
