The BTP Customer Adoption Specialist Advisors work as part of the Adoption and Consumption (A&C) Center in the BTP Solution Area within CS&D.

The key role is to act as an SAP BTP Extensions and Integration Solution Adoption and Consumption Advisor to guide customers and field colleagues with relevant knowledge, aiming to maximize outcomes from their cloud footprint via the Business Technology Platform. Focused on adoption and consumption, the Customer Adoption Specialist Advisor will specialize in SAP BTP Extensions and Integration, helping customers understand how to adapt to or enhance their use of the platform through knowledge transfer, change management, and business process guidance. The core responsibilities include:

1. Engaging with customers and front office roles to demonstrate the value of SAP Customer Success with guidance on BTP extensions and integration architecture, focusing on improving core processes and business outcomes through use case assessment, solution advisory, and demonstrations.
2. Tailoring content to enable the A&C Center to scale and share best practices, delivering business value through community and front office engagements.
3. Innovating with services and front office colleagues to evolve SAP Customer Success tools, offerings, and playbooks, including expanding platform usage and industry cloud adoption.
4. Empowering customers to succeed within and across Line of Business (LoB) buying centers.
5. Developing standards to increase activation, consumption, and expansion of SAP BTP Integration Solutions across customer segments.

Additionally, the team supports cloud subscriptions with customers, partners, developers, and SAP internal teams, providing expertise on success plans and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serving as an SME for SAP BTP Extensions and Integration, providing functional expertise to optimize integration, extension, and business value delivery.
2. Collaborating with stakeholders such as Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success Managers, and Account Teams.
3. Delivering remote and in-person workshops on adoption and consumption topics related to business capabilities, integration, reporting, and extension via the Business Technology Platform.
4. Guiding the development of PoCs and Value Accelerators based on customer needs for potential enhancement of SAP Customer Success Programs.
5. Creating tooling and playbooks to scale insights and ensure business outcomes.
6. Providing excellent customer experiences remotely and onsite as needed.

Requirements:

1. University degree (bachelor's or higher) in computer science, engineering, or related field.
2. At least 1-3 years of experience with cloud applications and over 2 years in architecture and advisory roles related to BTP.
3. Expertise in BTP topics such as Security, Clean Core, Integration Suite, Side-by-Side Extensions (CAP, Kyma), Automation, App Development, ABAP Cloud, HANA Cloud.
4. Customer engagement and management experience in cloud offerings.
5. Understanding of development, integration, and reporting capabilities supporting business needs.
6. Experience in implementing SAP Cloud Solutions and Platforms.
7. Customer success orientation.
8. Curious, resourceful, flexible, and quick learner.
9. Proactive attitude.
10. Excellent English and Spanish/Portuguese communication skills.
11. Ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
12. Team player and role model.
13. Customer-focused with flexibility for global coverage.
14. Location: Madrid or Barcelona, Spain.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW, and SAP LoB cloud products like SuccessFactors, Ariba, S/4HANA, CX, DSC.
