The Role

Rated among the Top-5% of all companies on RepVue by sales professionals and maintaining a top G2 ranking for 5 years, Ideals seeks a Junior Sales Account Executive to join our Virtual Data Room EMEA team remotely. Your main goal will be managing and converting inbound requests from prospective clients across EMEA into paying customers using various sales techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, demos, and meetings from potential clients in your territory.
  • Assist customers in solving complex problems with Ideals’ tools and techniques.
  • Achieve high Lead-to-Deal conversion rates while maintaining compliance.
  • Present products through online and offline demonstrations.
  • Gather and share market insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Provide an exceptional buying experience.
  • Nurture and reactivate previous leads and lost deals to convert them into customers.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of full-cycle sales experience in a SaaS tech environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with enthusiasm.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Quick learner with the ability to process new information rapidly.
  • Strong skills in identifying problems and handling objections.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and meetings.
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling financial products or services.
  • Additional language skills.
