Descripción del empleo

MISSION:

Design, development, and certification of wind towers and foundations, with a strong technical background in the design and calculation of concrete structures, steel sections, and connections for Hybrid Towers. The role involves linear and non-linear structural calculations with detailed FEM analysis. The engineer will participate in product development for tower and foundation structures for wind turbines, as well as auxiliary systems for assembly. Additionally, the role includes technological vigilance to identify breakthrough technologies, develop new solutions, incorporate new technologies, and participate in patent generation and product certification to maintain a competitive advantage in the Eolic sector.

Tasks
  1. Develop products involving composite steel and concrete towers and foundations, with expertise in designing and calculating with both materials, especially concrete.
  2. Perform analytical and numerical dimensioning of concrete towers and components, as well as tubular steel sections (transition piece).
  3. Conduct advanced analysis of concrete sections and connections, including fatigue, buckling, flange connections, non-linear analysis, and materials.
  4. Create certifiable calculation reports according to IEC and DIBT standards, aligning with certification bodies and local authorities.
  5. Develop specifications for products.
  6. Support manufacturing and assembly issues related to concrete and hybrid towers.
  7. Develop advanced non-linear FE models for concrete/steel and connections/joints, including dent and transport analysis.
  8. Design and calculate structures to optimize product performance and LCOE, with technological vigilance for breakthrough technologies.
  9. Work on modularization, customization, and industrialization of products.
  10. Program applications and software tools for tower and foundation design.
  11. Participate in patent generation to protect intellectual property.
  12. Coordinate with certification bodies for product certification.
  13. Apply knowledge and experience in structural concrete.
Your Profile
  • Qualification: Engineering degree (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial) or similar.
  • Complementary Training: Experience with linear and non-linear analysis software (ANSYS, Abaqus, SAP), programming (C++, Python), standards, product development, patents, technological vigilance, construction dynamics (preferred), and relevant standards (IEC/DIBT).
  • Profile: Proactive, autonomous, challenge-motivated, with good coordination skills, accustomed to working in international environments.
  • High proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
