Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Spain is seeking a Network Security Engineer to join our team in Madrid on a hybrid basis. The role requires strong IPsec experience, 8+ years in Telco Cloud operations, and solid knowledge of network security, routing & switching, and incident/change management.

You will participate in 24x7 support, on-call rotations, and have access to a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and flexible compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 24x7 operational support for IPsec Gateways in Telco Cloud environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve IPsec tunnel, routing, connectivity, latency and security policy issues.
• Execute planned changes with change management, validation, implementation accuracy, post-checks and rollback readiness.
• Collaborate with customer network, telco cloud, security and operations teams for incidents and service improvements.
• Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, RCA inputs and change evidence to meet governance and security standards.

• Provide 24x7 operational support for IPsec Gateways in the Telco Cloud environment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve IPsec tunnel, routing, connectivity, packet drop, latency and security policy issues.
• Execute planned changes with proper change management including validation, implementation accuracy, post-checks and rollback readiness.
• Work closely with customer network, telco cloud, security and operations teams for incidents, escalations and service improvements.
• Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, RCA inputs, configuration records and change evidence to meet customer governance and security standards.
