We are seeking a professional in Treballador / a Familiar to work in the Home Care Service in the Gironès region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the hygiene of the assisted persons, as well as their clothing and physical appearance.
• Monitor the dietary habits of the assisted persons, planning menus according to health and nutritional requirements indicated by specialists. Assist with food intake when needed.
• Improve the bio-psycho-social well-being of the person cared for and their family and environment.
• Contribute to the social integration of the assisted person, facilitating their participation in social settings to continue developing their physical and mental capacities. Attend to hygiene needs of the person and their environment.

Skills and Requirements

• Teamwork, empathy, integrity, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• Essential: Driving license and vehicle to visit clients' homes.
• Education: Professional Certificate, Nursing Auxiliary Technician, or Technician in Care for Dependents.
• Experience: Proven experience in caring for people with dependency situations.
• Profile: Professionals with a close communication style, empathy, assertiveness, and ability to work in a team. Focused on improving quality of life and well-being of individuals.
• Work hours: Part-time, 25 hours (mornings and afternoons).
• Contract: Temporary contract to cover long-term leave.
• Salary: €1016.85 in 12 installments + variables.
