We are seeking an experienced and execution-driven AI Lead to own the strategy and oversee the end-to-end implementation of AI systems across our product stack.

Responsibilities

1. Design and lead the development of AI-powered systems from concept to deployment.
2. Guide the selection and integration of LLMs (open-source or commercial) into product workflows.
3. Leverage expertise with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
4. Apply knowledge of AI system architecture, including model serving, monitoring, and optimization.
5. Develop and maintain APIs and integrate backend systems using Python.
6. Manage cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, Azure), infrastructure-as-code, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
7. Lead teams or projects in a fast-paced product environment.
