Role Overview

We are seeking Italian speakers to join an innovative project aimed at enhancing Artificial Intelligence and technology that improves daily life, such as speech or text recognition, input methods, keyboard/swipe technology, and human-machine interaction related to languages.

Role Summary

As a Language Data Annotator, you will contribute to improving AI-driven virtual assistants by analyzing and evaluating user requests to ensure interaction accuracy and quality. Your main tasks include creating, reviewing, and refining language data to train AI models, identifying issues, and providing feedback to support ongoing development. Your language expertise and attention to detail will help ensure natural, accurate responses from virtual assistants.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong cultural awareness of Italy
• Background in language education or experience in data analysis, labeling, or annotation is a plus

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Annotation and Labeling: Accurately annotate large volumes of language data to improve speech recognition and natural language processing models.
2. Quality Assurance: Review user requests and responses to ensure quality, identifying errors or inconsistencies.
3. Issue Identification and Reporting: Document and report issues to guide tool and model improvements.
4. Feedback Provision: Provide clear feedback on AI interactions and interfaces.
5. Collaboration: Work with management and engineers to improve models.
6. Documentation: Keep organized records of work and issues.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on AI and speech recognition advancements.
8. Data Security: Follow confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive data.

Additional Requirements

• Proficiency in MacOS and familiarity with Apple's ecosystem, including iOS applications.
