Zinia is the new checkout lending platform of the Santander Group. Zinia leverages the technological resources of Openbank, the digital-native bank of the Santander Group, which is expanding internationally. Openbank provides customers with simple and flexible banking management via website or app.

Mission and responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager of Zinia Collections, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Manage Collections tasks for Zinia projects.
2. Align the Collections strategy with the SCF local Collections teams across geographies.
3. Define policies and functional requirements for Collections in Zinia projects.
4. Ensure correct implementation of Collection strategies in the systems for Zinia programs.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

1. + years of experience in a similar role.
2. University or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration.
3. Knowledge of credit admission models, including their construction, variables used, and external sources consulted.
4. Experience with consumer goods financing (personal loans, point-of-sale financing, credit cards).
5. Financial data management skills, including credit portfolio and model performance monitoring.
6. Experience in digital business and processes, such as FinTechs or digital banking departments.
7. Risk analysis experience in retail operations, especially in international markets.
8. Basic programming skills in SQL and Python.
9. Experience in agile environments is a plus.
10. English proficiency at C level.
