We are currently looking for a Renewal Operations Process Lead to join our Revenue Operations team in Madrid. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for driving process optimization, renewal forecasting accuracy, and overall renewal process effectiveness. This role sits within the Revenue Operations function with a strong link to the CS leadership to build a scalable process that drives cross-functional alignment and accountability.
Responsibilities :
Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and bottlenecks in the renewal lifecycle and implement automation or process enhancements to streamline operations.
Own the global forecast data to improve forecast accuracy and predictability.
Leverage data and reporting tools to deliver renewal performance insights to leadership — including churn risks, renewal rates, and process SLAs.
Ensure teams are fully enabled to follow renewal processes by developing and delivering training, playbooks, and best practices.
