A leading company in medical equipment manufacturing is seeking a Logistics-Customer Experience Manager in Sant Joan Despí, Spain. Formación

  • At least 5 years’ experience in customer service or operations, preferably in life sciences or healthcare.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in team leadership.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is desirable.

Logistics-Customer Experience Manager F / H

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Customer Operations to lead our Customer Services, Warehouse, Logistics , and Customer Catalogues functions for our direct business in Spain. The successful candidate will manage processes such as pricing, tenders, hospital portals, product databases, and ESG compliance to maximize gross margin and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead daily operations of Customer Services, Logistics / Warehouse, Pricing, Tenders, and Corporate Account Administration
  • Ensure customer service excellence and compliance with quality standards
  • Manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle, including deliveries
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, warranty claims, and returns
  • Coordinate consignment stock management and maintain accurate stock records in Barcelona warehouse
  • Support sales with operational KPI reports and customer insights
  • Manage pricing updates, tenders, product database, and hospital catalog processes
  • Ensure compliance with hospital requirements and ESG initiatives
  • Oversee pricing trackers and tender responses
  • Lead and develop the team for performance and continuous improvement

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

  • Stock accuracy and consignment performance
  • Reduction in sale or return
  • Timely execution of price reviews
  • Tender success rates

Profile / Qualifications :

  • At least 5 years’ experience in customer service or operations, preferably in life sciences or healthcare
  • 3–5 years’ experience in team leadership
  • Experience managing courier operations and the Order-to-Cash process
  • Strong business acumen and multitasking ability
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems like Microsoft AX Dynamics is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is desirable
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
