We are looking for a Scrum Master who can execute and optimize our Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and support product delivery for our consumer and enterprise products. You will work closely with the Product, Data Science, Platform, and Engineering organizations, ensuring deliverables are properly scoped and dependencies are managed. Collaboration with the Technical Project Manager will be essential to ensure cross-team projects meet goals and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has successfully managed the lifecycle of a software project, ensuring timely and successful delivery using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Building and fostering relationships with internal stakeholders is also key.

A Day in The Life :

• Run daily Stand Up meetings
• Review your team’s backlog and unblock team members
• Run project status meetings to determine progress, identify roadblocks, and drive their resolution or ensure a clear hand-off to the right owner, working to minimize risks
• Report statuses and updates to the Senior Technical Project Manager, specifically identifying roadblocks, risks, and delays to ensure a clear hand-off and mitigate risks to project plans
• Work closely with all stakeholders to plan for upcoming Sprint Planning meetings, review priorities, sprint capacity, and team velocity
• Run Sprint Planning, close out the current Sprint, review the Sprint Report, discuss performance with the team, and align on Sprint Goals
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure alignment between day-to-day execution and delivery priorities across workstreams

Expectations for Success :

• Support Agile development processes by executing and continuously improving them
• Manage project timelines, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and schedules, and communicate status
• Track interdependencies, assess project risks, and work across teams to develop contingency plans
• Assist your teams with work estimation and resource allocation
• Conduct regular project reviews, gather feedback, capture outputs in tickets and notes, and communicate to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Agile Coaches / TPMs focused on cross-team planning to ensure team execution aligns with broader strategic priorities and quarterly goals

• 1-2+ years of enterprise-level technology project or program management experience
• Expertise or certification in Scrum and/or other Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with Waterfall
• Technical project management experience, specifically in software development
• Administrative experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Deep experience with Jira and building Jira Dashboards
• Experience using Google Sheets
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with internet, cellular, broadband, or telecom technology
• Basic understanding of large-scale implementations of AWS infrastructure, Redshift, Athena, and other technologies
