Job Description:

We’re seeking a passionate Marketing Data Analyst who adapts easily and shares our company values. Leadtech has been developing innovative digital businesses since 2009, with a diverse team of over 500 employees across Spain, serving millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Measure marketing campaign performance, create custom reports, and analyze trends and anomalies.
  • Prepare analytical reports and dashboards, including visualizations, for the marketing team.
  • Develop Google Sheets scripts to integrate data from various reports and sheets.
  • Analyze product and marketing metrics to identify correlations and drivers.
  • Analyze user behavior patterns and generate hypotheses for marketing strategies.
  • Develop SKAN measurement approaches for Google, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Manage MMP tools like Adjust, providing technical support on app attribution and event tracking.
  • Assess the impact of product and marketing strategy changes on performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and BI teams to enhance project profitability and data visualization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of app attribution tools, machine learning, and statistics.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business insights.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, especially for iOS and Android.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and mobile app event tracking (SKAN, Firebase, Meta).
  • Teamwork, proactive attitude, and results-oriented mindset.
