About The Role

As a Supervisor, your main mission will be to provide an extraordinary experience to our guests in our restaurant in a fun and casual environment. You will lead the department, empowering your employees to create unique experiences for our guests, encouraging, recognizing, and training them to deliver outstanding service, and creating a successful business.

In partnership with the Restaurant Manager, you will maintain the standards of the outlet, improve the beverage menu, and focus on guest and employee satisfaction, aiming for continuous improvement and exceeding departmental and hotel goals.

What You Need To Have

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience from luxury or luxury lifestyle brands, global or European companies, or independent restaurants / bars preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-demand, high-occupancy environment.
• University / College degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Fluency in English (B2+ or above) and conversational Spanish (B2).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Micros, and other relevant systems.
• Demonstrate personal integrity.
