Job Description : What you'll do :
- Drive the execution and delivery of strategic IT projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
- Manage roadmaps, allocate resources strategically, and refine KPIs for close progress monitoring.
- Leverage data insights to optimize processes and guide informed decision-making.
- Adapt processes for improved efficiency and output, meeting industry standards.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones through collaboration, mentoring, and effective conflict resolution.
- Implement a risk management framework to proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring project continuity with timely stakeholder updates and adjustments to the roadmap, while fostering transparency and accountability.
- Lead process improvement and adopt agile methodologies for responsive project execution, while championing agile practices and staying updated with technologies to enhance delivery methods and team capabilities.
Qualifications
About you :
- A university degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Mathematics or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in project management within the technology or IT sector, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong adaptability to rapidly changing technologies and methodologies.
- Capable of grasping the technical complexities and implications within a software development environment focused on Web applications, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity. Understanding of these areas' technical challenges and solutions to effectively lead projects and collaborate with technical teams.
- Deep understanding of IT performance management, with the ability to design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to drive project success and organizational growth.
- Solid foundation in various project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean, with proven ability to apply them effectively according to project needs and team dynamics.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, to lead diverse teams, negotiate with stakeholders, and articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a knack for making informed decisions and solving complex problems under pressure. Ability to anticipate potential issues and devise practical solutions.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar credentials are preferred. Continuous professional development in project management, leadership, and technical areas is encouraged.
- Fluency in English. Spanish / Italian / German are nice to have, as our colleagues spread across USA / DE / ES / IT.
- EU Passport or Permanent Residency in Spain.

For this job and country, the base salary is 59.409,09 € for 2024.
