Avania is hiring for the key role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) . As we expand globally, we seek a visionary leader to drive our technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

As the CIO at Avania, you will oversee the company's IT strategy, systems, and operations. Your leadership will be essential in building a robust IT infrastructure, fostering a digital culture, and ensuring compliance with industry standards in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.

The CIO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for :

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with business goals, growth plans, and industry regulations. Create and manage the technology roadmap to ensure IT investments support business priorities and maintain competitive edge.
• Innovation & Transformation : Identify and integrate emerging technologies and digital solutions that improve processes, enhance patient safety, and foster innovation in medical device and pharmaceutical services.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, emphasizing talent development, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance : Maintain high standards of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, ISO, HIPAA) in handling sensitive data.
• Operational Efficiency : Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Collaboration : Work closely with senior executives and department heads to ensure IT initiatives support business processes and deliver measurable results.
• Budget Management : Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective investments and resource management.
• Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and service providers to meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
