Formación

As part of TheFork’s international growth, we are building a new team focused on selling and supporting our restaurant reservation and management software – TheFork Manager – in new international markets. We seek a Customer Product Success Specialist to train, onboard, and empower new restaurant partners, helping them maximize our product from day one.

You will play a key role in enabling adoption, creating delightful onboarding experiences, and supporting our go-to-market success in countries like Ireland, Poland, and UAE.

You will report to the Sales Manager of New Markets and be instrumental in driving the success of our expansion efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard and train newly signed restaurant partners to TheFork Manager, ensuring a smooth start and high product adoption.
  • Partner with the Inside Sales team during pre-sales to provide product expertise and tailored solutions to prospective restaurant partners.
  • Guide partner restaurants through core platform features : booking widget, availability setup, table and service management, and more.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping restaurants streamline operations and digitize booking processes.
  • Identify opportunities for retraining and offer refresh sessions as needed.
  • Gather and share feedback from partners to improve onboarding flow and user experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and Product teams to ensure alignment and consistent value delivery across the customer journey.
  • Stay updated on product developments and inform stakeholders accordingly.

Who You Are

  • Experience in training, onboarding, or customer success roles, ideally in SaaS or tech environments; hospitality background is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages like Polish, Arabic, French, or Spanish are advantageous.
  • Excellent communicator capable of simplifying complex tools and engaging diverse customer profiles.
  • Empathetic, collaborative, and passionate about helping others succeed with technology.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is beneficial.
