• Degree in a technical field with multi-annual experience in project management.

Tasks

1. Management of an interdisciplinary project team consisting of engineers, production experts, strategic purchasers, and many other functions.
2. Achievement of a development of a “cost of energy” optimal technical system/turbine closely collaborating with all relevant aspects of the value chain, particularly engineering, production, logistics, installation, and service.
3. Various challenging tasks in all project phases, starting at feasibility study, over concept, detailing, and prototyping phase up to start of production in an international environment.
4. Responsible for the achievement of cost, quality, and timeline of the project.
5. Professional project controlling using KPIs like evaluation of the current progress and deviation management.
6. Implementation of risk- and stakeholder management.
7. Development of innovative solutions for reduction of time-to-market.
8. Preparation of decision proposals and project reports for the management board.
9. Continuous improvement process of the Nordex product development process.

Profile

1. Degree in technical study path.
2. Very good knowledge in MS Office and MS Project.
3. High degree of flexibility to collaborate with all areas of the company.
4. Confident appearance and assertiveness.
5. Very good communication and leadership skills.
6. Enjoy new challenges in a motivated and international team.
7. Hands-on mentality and decision-making.
8. Good intercultural understanding, professional working proficiency in English, further language skills beneficial (Spanish/German).
9. Multi-annual, sound experience in management of complex projects, product development, or similar areas.
10. Availability to travel.
