Customer Service Representative for the German Market

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer inquiries across various channels—phone, email, chat, and social media—with a focus on first-contact resolution to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Advocate : Act as a passionate advocate for customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
  • Product Expert : Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Omnichannel Support : Deliver seamless support across all communication channels.
  • Problem Solver : Analyze issues, identify root causes, and proactively offer solutions.
  • Brand Ambassador : Represent the brand positively in every interaction, fostering strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German : Excellent communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
  • English Proficiency : Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Customer-Centric : Passionate about delivering outstanding service with empathy and understanding.
  • Administrative & Analytical Skills : Efficient in managing administrative tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Start Date : ASAP
  • Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm
  • Salary : €18,054 gross annually
  • Work Model : Hybrid (6 days / month at the office)
  • Training : 2-week office-based training, Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm
