Formación

  • 1-3 years of experience in Payroll outsourcing within an enterprise environment.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Finnish is a plus.

About the role :

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for clients using SAP (Cloud) solutions, including SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, and PCC). Your role includes ensuring payroll delivery with high-quality operational support across various areas, including continuous payroll processing through the payroll control centre, garnishments, payroll policies and controls, compliance, payment releases, and reporting to local authorities.

You will orchestrate payroll service delivery for customers within the team, ensuring seamless execution of payroll tasks. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll processing and contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of payroll services. Additionally, you will handle client inquiries and support reporting tasks.

What tasks can you expect?

  • Process payroll cases and provide appropriate resolutions, collaborating with Payroll Specialists and Senior Specialists as needed.
  • Produce accurate payroll in accordance with SD Worx standards, processes, and SLAs.
  • Participate in testing and validation for system updates and configuration changes.
  • Maintain SOPs, DWIs, guidelines, and process documentation, ensuring consistency and local adaptations.
  • Communicate with stakeholders (including country teams and clients) to ensure standards and procedures are followed.
  • Participate in data controls using SAP Payroll Control Centre and assist with payroll corrections.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and processing timelines.
  • Assist with monthly payroll controls and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate daily with client contacts for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with external parties such as tax authorities and benefit providers.
  • Support and train Payroll Associates to ensure best practices and compliance.
  • Handle Year-End activities and generate statutory reports.

What do you have to offer?

  • 1-3 years of experience in Payroll outsourcing within an enterprise environment.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes, including payroll control centre, garnishments, policies, controls, compliance, and reporting.
  • Practical experience with Employee Central Payroll and SAP payroll.
  • Understanding of SLAs.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and develop payroll expertise.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Finnish is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in Payroll and BPO outsourcing environments.
  • Experience delivering payroll services to multinational clients.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Concur, Workforce Management, and integration tools.
  • Experience with payroll interfaces.
  • Certifications such as CPP, CPS, or CPM are advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
