Project Coordinator Blades (wind energy)

At RDT, we are expanding our wind engineering team with the addition of a Support Blades specialist.

Location: Pamplona (Navarra).

Proposal description:

1. Project management for mandatory design modifications.
2. Reporting and job evaluation.

Methodology of the service:

1. Follow up Proposal: Weekly meetings, proposals for continuous improvement, training plans, follow-up meetings with the main user.
2. KPIs Proposal: Quality KPI’s and Time limit KPI’s.

Main tasks:

1. Plan windfarm work, review and analyze inspection and repair reports, support windfarm staff, and control times and costs.
2. Fulfill planned jobs in times and costs.
3. General Deliverables: Drawings, calculation reports, new designs, coordination report...

Technical qualifications needed:

1. Academic training: Technical engineer or similar.
2. Technical, maintenance and repair knowledge of blades; 3 to 5 years of experience.
3. High level English written and oral.
4. SW needed: SAP, MS-Office, MS-Project.
