A leading company in wind blade manufacturing is seeking a Customer Warranty Technical Leader to oversee warranty projects and ensure product integrity at customer sites. TPI Composites is the leading wind-blade manufacturer and the only independent wind blade manufacturer with a global footprint. We are looking for a motivated Customer Warranty Technical Leader to join our Customer Warranty Management (CWM) Department. The position reports to the Problem-Solving Manager.
Key objectives
The new Customer Warranty Management (CWM) Department oversees TPI Composite blade products' integrity at customer sites (windfarms) within the warranty period. As our new Customer Warranty Technical Leader, you should be an excellent communicator and a recognized technical leader in composites engineering, manufacturing, and problem solving. You should have direct knowledge of wind blade production processes, including infusion, composite repair, inspection, troubleshooting, failure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and design for manufacturability.
