WHY WE’RE HIRING

Demand for Gravity’s fixed-price “Secure Baseline / Secure & Manage / Secure & Comply” bundles is soaring.

We need hands-on builders who can codify and automate Microsoft 365 Business Premium workloads (Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview) so every new customer is deployed from templates—not from scratch.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Script identity & device policies with PowerShell / Microsoft Graph and refactor them into reusable JSON / Bicep templates
2. Package and publish apps through Intune (Win32, iOS, Android, macOS)
3. Deploy Entra ID Conditional Access, MFA and SSO; automate provisioning with templates
4. Enable Defender threat & vulnerability management, crafting automated response playbooks
5. Roll out Purview DLP, sensitivity labels and retention policies “as code”
6. Wire up alerts and ticket flows with Logic Apps / Power Automate; create KQL dashboards
7. Push every change to Git and write self-service runbooks the team (and our AI copilots) can consume

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

1. 3 + years building or administering Microsoft 365 or Azure AD solutions in production
2. Strong PowerShell plus REST / Graph API skills; Git workflow experience
3. Defender for Business or Defender 365, with incident-response fundamentals
4. Fluent English for daily U.S. customer interaction

NICE-TO-HAVES

1. JSON / Bicep or Terraform IaC for Microsoft cloud
2. KQL, Sentinel, or MDE advanced hunting expertise
3. Spanish proficiency (many teammates are bilingual)

1. SC-300 (Entra Identity & Access Administrator)
2. SC-200 (Security Operations Analyst)
