We are on the lookout for a strategic yet hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.

This includes branding, content creation, social media management, SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, and event promotion (both online and offline).

• Location : Remote / Flexible
• Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Metaluck’s digital marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring high engagement and audience growth.
• Oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, case studies, and newsletters.
• Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Organize and promote online and offline events, webinars, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimize digital marketing initiatives.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, industrial, or sustainability sectors.
• Strong branding and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of social media trends and content strategies tailored for industry professionals.
• Event marketing experience, including webinars, trade shows, and networking events.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to measure and optimize campaigns.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
