Customer Support Representative (Spain, Madrid)

Position Overview

Join our dynamic Customer Support team as a Customer Support Representative. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by supporting customers through order entry, information provision, answering questions, and handling complaints. You will be an integral part of our team, helping to ensure seamless customer support operations.

Key Duties
  1. Handle general customer inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including:
  • Order management
  • Claims and returns
  • Warranty issues
  • Order tracking
  • Invoicing and cash collections across markets
  • Conduct administrative work aligned with EMEA Customer Support
  • Support sales activities where applicable
  • Assist in process improvements and implementations within the area
  • Your Background
    • Educational background in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
    • Excellent communication skills, with empathy and positive language use
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
    • Experience in the Medtech industry is a plus
    • Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous
    • Good IT skills, with experience in D365 being an advantage

You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, can build strong customer relationships, are flexible to manage workload fluctuations, and have good IT skills, especially in D365. Your capacity to absorb high volumes of information and work across multiple systems makes you an ideal candidate.
