Join our dynamic Customer Support team as a Customer Support Representative. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by supporting customers through order entry, information provision, answering questions, and handling complaints. You will be an integral part of our team, helping to ensure seamless customer support operations.
You are result-oriented, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and execute. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, can build strong customer relationships, are flexible to manage workload fluctuations, and have good IT skills, especially in D365. Your capacity to absorb high volumes of information and work across multiple systems makes you an ideal candidate.
