Carts Guru is hiring a talented Director of Account Management!

Carts Guru is the all-in-one SaaS solution specializing in marketing automation for e-commerce websites. Founded in 2017, our company helps e-merchants maximize their potential through effective automated campaigns combining Email, SMS, and Messenger.

Mission & Objectives : Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Account Management leads the Account Management, Design, and Support teams. They are responsible for the retention of existing clients and proactively identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing and developing the Account Management, Design, and Support teams.
  • Overseeing customer engagement from the Free Trial phase, supporting the sales teams during the closing phase, and proactively maintaining customer relationships throughout their lifecycle.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyzing and managing KPIs related to customer retention, utilizing advanced analytical and SaaS tools (HubSpot CRM, automation tools).
  • Collaborating closely with Revenue, Sales, and Product teams to achieve the company's strategic objectives.

Profile & Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar role in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in team management and organizational structuring.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in performance metrics related to retention, churn, and customer engagement.
  • Essential mastery of SaaS tools : HubSpot (CRM), marketing automation tools, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards operational excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in both French and English; proficiency in Spanish is a strong asset.
