• 5+ years of Back-End experience in .NET and relational databases (MS SQL Server).
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.

At CORUS , we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer (.Net & Azure) to join our team in an international insurance project.

Location : 100% remote from Spain

• Design and implement integration solutions based on business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT Solution Architect to clarify requirements and estimate development efforts.
• Break down deliverables into smaller tasks and implement user stories.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance on issue reporting, resolution, and change control.
• Assist teams with troubleshooting application or integration problems.

Requirements :

• Strong background in software craftsmanship, Agile methodologies, and TDD, with understanding of test concepts like Test Pyramid, unit / integration testing.
• 5+ years of Back-End experience in .NET and relational databases (MS SQL Server), full SDLC, CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with modern tools : Git / TFS, XML, SonarQube, Veracode, clean code principles, ORMs like Entity Framework and Dapper.
• Deep understanding of architectural patterns : MVC, event-driven architecture, CQRS, SOLID, RESTful APIs.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services : Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, Durable Functions, Azure SQL, governance, and networking (VNets, Private Links).
• Microsoft Certified (Azure Associate level) with experience in designing cloud-native solutions.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
