A leading company in the healthcare sector is seeking an Annotator SME to ensure the quality of medical text annotations. This full-time remote role requires a background in medicine or related fields, with responsibilities including annotating clinical data and conducting quality control. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and fluency in Dutch and English.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in scribing, transcription, or coding in clinical documentation.
• Native Dutch with fluent English.
• Experience in annotation projects within healthcare is a plus.

As an Annotator SME, you will serve as a key reviewer, ensuring the accuracy and quality of annotated medical text, transcriptions, audio, and related data. Your role involves cross-checking annotations, providing feedback, and upholding compliance with project guidelines and industry standards.

1. Annotate the clinical data from different databases
2. Summarize physician-patient encounters, capturing clinical content with high accuracy for AI learning.
3. Work on medical transcriptions, dialogues, and clinical texts.
4. Cross-annotate and review work done by other specialists.
5. Conduct Quality Control, addressing potential issues efficiently.
6. Deliver tasks meeting pre-defined KPIs, metrics, and quality standards.
7. Identify and escalate anomalies or patterns in assigned projects.
8. Maintain daily communication with the Language Lead and PM on assignments, project status, and priorities.
9. Ensure adherence to project specifications and procedures.

Background in medicine, healthcare, medical translation, or life sciences is essential, as you will work with medical-specific content (e.g., transcriptions, text, and audio).

You have at least 1 year of experience in scribing, transcription, or coding in clinical documentation.

Native Dutch with fluent speaking and written English

Excellent listening skills in Dutch and ability to understand diverse accents and dialects and varying dictation styles.

Experience in annotation projects, ideally within the healthcare or medical domain, is a plus.

You have high attention to detail and sensitivity towards quality work.
