Responsibilities :

1. Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research on topics relevant to the organization. Analyze statutes, regulations, and case law to provide accurate guidance. Summarize findings and recommend actions.
2. Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents. Ensure compliance and assist in developing contract management processes.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor legal and regulatory changes. Develop compliance programs, provide guidance, and train employees.
4. Litigation Support: Manage litigation-related documents, coordinate with legal counsel, and maintain records.
5. Policy Development and Review: Develop and review policies, ensure legal alignment, communicate changes, and identify legal risks to mitigate.

Skills & Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
2. At least three years of experience as a legal specialist or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance, and litigation procedures.
4. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Effective communication of complex legal concepts.
6. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
7. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office.
8. Experience in Data and Tech companies.
9. Ability to work independently and in teams.
10. Flexible to changing priorities and deadlines.
11. Committed to confidentiality and integrity.
