Facilitate the swift execution of modular solutions, ensuring seamless project management that aligns all internal and external customers.

Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our market visibility via pioneering marketing and communication strategies, while supporting sustainability initiatives aligned with our mission. The candidate must be based in any country in Europe.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Drive and oversee the growth of the Data Center vertical.
• Design and implement exemplary projects showcasing digitalization and data center servicing expertise.
• Ensure smooth implementation of modular solutions through meticulous project management, coordinating relevant stakeholders.
• Revamp marketing and communication strategies to increase visibility and support strategic planning.
• Foster skill development within the data center community through internal and external training collaborations.
• Contribute to sustainability efforts in partnership with the Siemens Energy GT sustainability team.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 10 years' experience, including 2+ years working directly with industrial and infrastructure customers, plus 2+ years in project management within technical fields. An academic background in electrical or industrial engineering is highly valued.
• Experience with high voltage generation, transmission, and distribution solutions, with proven understanding of the data center business.
• Track record of growing infrastructure business segments.
• Validated project management skills and excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Ability to align diverse interests.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% domestically and occasionally internationally.
