HUGO BOSS is seeking a specialized Receptionist to work at the Central Offices (H.O) located in Madrid; Calle Ribera del Loira 8-10, 28042 Madrid.

Job Details
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; Office hours.
  • Contract Type: permanent contract.
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00 / Friday from 9:00 to 14:00.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist and in customer service required, 2-5 years.
  • High level of English (C1 or higher). A test will be conducted.
  • Onsite position.
What you can expect
  • Reception and Switchboard: Attending to couriers, welcoming clients and visitors, supporting other departments, handling and screening calls, taking messages, resolving issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
  • Office Supplies Management: Purchasing food and office supplies (Amazon and other platforms), managing suppliers (vending, coffee, etc.).
  • Fleet and Parking Management: Managing parking and pool car reservations, maintaining the fleet, handling workshops and various fines.
  • Office Check-ins: Maintaining the platform, managing notifications and various issues.
  • Internal Bulletin Management: Critical thinking, creativity, crafting the internal employee bulletin.
  • Daily Translations: Translating internal texts in English and Spanish.
  • Various Procedures: Drafting internal procedures, writing company internal policies.
  • Event Management: Managing and supporting the organization of events, such as Christmas dinners, catering, and other necessary actions.
  • HR Assistant: Managing temporary employment agencies, filing documentation, maintaining SAP databases, calculating bonuses/awards, internal HR platforms, and any other tasks requiring support.
Your profile
  • University Studies related to Translation, Tourism, and/or Administration and Secretarial work.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist and/or in customer service (3 to 5 years).
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively.
  • Empathy, politeness, proactivity, attention to detail.
  • Stress management, ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, including translation and drafting of emails and documents with technical vocabulary.
  • Microsoft Office 365 suite; Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with advanced Excel skills for data management and charting.
  • Good technology skills and quick learning ability for new software platforms.
  • Team player, responsible, and committed.
