We’re looking for a (Junior) Content & SEO Manager to help drive our growth in the Dutch market for our brands DR SMILE / Impress.

In this role, you’ll bring a strong foundation in copywriting, content editing, and reviewing, with the ability to create engaging, user-centered content.

You have an understanding of SEO best practices and how to use them to build visibility, attract targeted audiences, and drive conversions. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, growing environment.

• You create compelling content tailored to our target audiences.
• You are comfortable creating optimized content and renovating past pieces for high search engine rankings.
• You own the content review process for Dutch content across various channels.
• You plan and manage a content calendar that aligns with SEO goals and strategies.
• You handle analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• You are able to effectively manage and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments, ensuring alignment on content goals and strategies.

What You’ll Bring

• You have several years of experience in content creation and SEO, preferably in a startup environment.
• You have led cross-department projects and can make various stakeholders, internal and external, commit to your goals.
• You are data-driven and can adapt strategies based on performance metrics.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the dental care industry.
