As a Technical Lead, you will provide technical leadership for enterprise information technology efforts, including application projects. You will oversee development and support, coordinate technical work for project success, and engage in hands-on coding, collaboration, and code quality reviews. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in modern .NET technologies, leadership skills, and a continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and tech leads to implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, TypeScript, and HTML5.
• Translate designs into functional components, participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure best practices.
• Contribute to system design discussions, technical documentation, and prototype new technologies.
• Mentor team members, provide technical leadership, and ensure adherence to design and guidelines.
• Oversee daily team activities, manage administrative functions, and participate in hiring as needed.
• Design, code, and test applications, escalate issues, and recommend solutions.
• Research and implement new systems and enhancements, adhering to policies and standards.
• Continuously update skills and contribute to evaluating new tools and technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (a plus).
• Knowledge of Elastic Stack / OpenSearch (desirable).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions, strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven project planning and leadership abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
