We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer, who will conduct service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines the most cost-effective solutions. Escalates complex issues to higher levels of technical support or quality reporting systems. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Demonstrates the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems, and implement solutions. Must communicate effectively, listen honestly, and create empathy with customers, colleagues, and collaborators.

Remote role based in Oviedo (North of Spain).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferable, or a Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma. Proficient English is mandatory.

• Open to travel; a valid driving license is mandatory.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
