Formación

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or similar role.
• Mandatory Pardot knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team remote from Spain or Portugal .

Job Description :

• Engage with clients to understand their marketing processes and identify Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot needs.
• Analyze client requirements and marketing challenges to recommend tailored Salesforce solutions.
• Provide expertise on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot functionality, features, and potential limitations.
• Design and present Salesforce solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.
• Oversee the customization and configuration process of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot to meet client specifications.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
• Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce applications.
• Stay current with the latest Salesforce trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.
• Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations made, and feedback received.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or software consulting.
• Pardot knowledge / experience is mandatory. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and documentation.
• Familiarity with software deployment and project lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
• Solid level of English.
