Role |

This role involves communicating with Accounts Executives and Sales Representatives to confirm bookings, answer inquiries, and provide information about the sales processes. The Revenue Ops Specialist also works closely with other departments within Ukio to ensure a smooth check-in process for guests. Additionally, they may be responsible for managing bookings, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting sales and finance teams to optimize processes. Overall, the Revenue Ops Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive guest stay and maximizing the efficiency of the teams across the booking process.

Responsibilities |

  • Manage the end-to-end quoting process, ensuring a streamlined workflow and maintaining detailed records for future reference.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools proficiently to manage data of bookings and maintain a clear view of the sales performance.
  • Manage all bookings to have a clear picture of check-ins, checkouts, and pending payments in different cities.
  • Own and manage the confirmation booking process, and work closely with Sales & Finance to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

About you |

  • Good level of Excel and knowledge of Office suite.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • C1 English level and C1 Spanish level.
  • Flexible, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
  • Confident working in cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable performing in a startup environment.
