We are seeking 2 experienced professionals to manage and optimize our financial operations across multiple regions. This role involves direct collaboration with financial institutions in Italy or UK but also support for Spain, Portugal, The Netherlands, Sweden, and Germany depending on language knowledge.

The work shift for this position is scheduled from Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain direct contact with financial institutions across all assigned countries.
  • Assist sales operation teams with patient financing, ensuring all processes are correctly followed.
  • Oversee pending financing cases and manage escalations as needed.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on financial processes and protocols to sales teams.
  • Analyze payment plans and debt recovery strategies.
  • Monitor key metrics to ensure financial goals are met across regions.

Qualifications :

  • Background in finance risk or related finance areas (like treasury).
  • Knowledge of financing operations, debt recovery, and financial documentation protocols.

Required Skills :

  • Fluency in Italian or English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience in an international environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented problem-solving approach.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
