Vistaprint is seeking a strategic leader to join our Global Email Marketing team, overseeing email programs in our German and Dutch markets. You will be part of a team responsible for creating campaign and customer strategies across 16 markets in North America and Europe, aiming to increase customer engagement, incentivize purchases, and drive long-term customer value. Collaborating with internal Creative, Go to Market, and Analytics teams, the Global Email Team transforms strategies into actionable campaigns, monitoring and optimizing based on performance.

What You Will Do

1. Oversee email marketing plans for Germany and the Netherlands, providing strategic input to meet business objectives and exceed financial goals.
2. Manage KPIs to influence and optimize campaign strategies, reporting weekly results to stakeholders.
3. Contribute innovative ideas to develop the strategic channel roadmap.
4. Partner with creative and Go to Market teams to align campaign concepts with platform goals and best practices.
5. Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across offers, creative, and segmentation.
6. Collaborate with global teams across marketing, creative, content, and analytics to ensure campaign success.
7. Develop and improve processes to deliver value to customers more efficiently.

Your Qualifications
