Job Description:

To ensure security and operational continuity, we seek proactive professionals to join as Loss Prevention Managers, providing security services across our supply chain to protect personnel and prevent loss.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting resilience through emergency and crisis planning
  • Identifying vulnerabilities and defining mitigation strategies in compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Coordinating risk management with local management and external agencies
  • Ensuring compliance with Amazon security standards
  • Managing security and loss prevention projects at various levels

A day in the life:

As a Loss Prevention Manager, you'll provide security services across multiple business units, conduct security audits, investigate incidents, analyze data, and implement security improvements. You'll collaborate with external security providers and educate teams on security and loss prevention.

About the team:

Within Global Security Operations, our team protects Amazon’s assets and reputation by managing security risks, preventing threats, and investigating incidents to ensure safety and continuity.

Basic qualifications:

  • A degree or equivalent
  • Relevant security or risk experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Upper intermediate English and Spanish skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or industry certification
  • Experience with security systems, investigations, and contract security management
  • Experience in retail, warehouse, or supply chain environments
  • Data management experience
  • Driver’s license
