Une entreprise de services IT recherche un Quality Manager - NOC Technician pour un contrat d'un an. Le candidat idéal aura plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion des réseaux de transport optiques et sera responsable de la gestion des incidents, de l'audit des processus et de l'analyse des indicateurs de performance. Ce poste offre l'opportunité de travailler à distance tout en supervisant des tâches de contrôle qualité.

Formación

  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en tant que NOC Technician.
  • Connaissance des réseaux de transport optiques SDH, DWDM, OTN.
  • Expérience en support technique N1 et gestion de réseaux.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestion des incidents de transport N1 et des plaintes clients.
  • Audit des processus pour garantir la conformité aux normes de qualité.

We are currently hiring for the position of Quality Manager - NOC Technician on a One-year Fixed-term basis in Spain - Remote work .

Role Overview

Experience and Expertise (more than 10 years)

  • Over 10 years as NOC Technician with knowledge in optical transport networks based on SDH, DWDM, OTN, and photonic mesh networks.
  • Experience with equipment from manufacturers such as Huawei and Nokia.
  • Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support Service, with a solid track record in transport network management and operation.
  • Solid knowledge of the technical support processes defined by Telefónica in optical transport and private networks.
  • Experience in monitoring and analysis of quality and performance indicators (KPI), including real-time and deferred process auditing.
  • Ability to lead teams, define control metrics, and collaborate in the continuous improvement of operational processes.

Duties

  • Transportation N1 incident management : incidents, customer complaints, and BTP.
  • Audit of processes in real-time and deferred time, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitoring, analysis, and proposing improvements for transport network KPIs.
  • Supervision of quality control tasks for customer report preparation.

  • O&M process management systems : iGRI, GEISER MAR / GENESYS, EMS.
  • Network and performance monitoring systems : OMEGA, GEISER.
  • Case escalation and coordination tools : GRI, Telco client emails.
  • MS Office Suite : Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Word, Power BI.
