We are Fut-Ure IT & Tech Recruitment Group, an international IT and tech headhunting agency. We are currently seeking to fill a Business Analyst (IT Presales) for one of our clients. This role involves a direct employment agreement with our client.

A leading international provider of e-invoicing solutions, offering tailored software and certified services to meet diverse technical, legal, and tax needs across the globe.

About the role and what will you do :

Below is a detailed description of the job position to provide you with a clear understanding of the role you are applying for. Don’t worry if you don’t meet every single requirement; if you feel intrigued after reading the vacancy, don’t hesitate to apply.

Your Role :

Your main challenge will be conducting research and technical analysis of both our current and future SaaS services and the projects with our clients. The pre-sales area serves as the technical reference within the commercial department, offering technical consulting / advice for all national and international projects. You will play a crucial role in the technical development of the company’s business.

You will manage the entire technical sales process, from analyzing new B2B solutions and projects to presenting and defending these solutions / projects technically.

How to Overcome This Challenge :

Your journey with us will begin with a specialized training course lasting about three months. During this time, you will learn about the technologies, tools, and functionalities of our Electronic Data Interchange solutions, electronic invoicing, and tax compliance (VAT Compliance, Reporting, etc.). This training is provided from a technical perspective while maintaining a commercial outlook.

After successfully completing this course, depending on your proficiency in foreign languages, you will have the opportunity to develop an international region. You will assume responsibility for this region through research and documentation to become a specialist and provide optimal integration solutions.

You will work on planned tasks in a timely and organized manner to efficiently manage projects. Constant communication and interaction with departments such as Sales, Project Management, and R&D will be essential.

We can divide your core functions into three main areas :

  • SaaS

Investigate and review updates from international regulatory agencies for changes in technical requirements and tax information reports. Provide these requirements to the Development area.

Analyze and segment various projects from a technical perspective according to our software portfolio : Electronic invoicing, Electronic Data Interchange services, Trusted services, etc.

Forward necessary technical analyses to Project Management and R&D to adapt platform functionality to meet regulatory requirements.

Maintain demos to ensure they are up-to-date and continuously improve our presentations.

Engage in ongoing documentation and research to understand the evolution and modifications of our SaaS as well as international compliance legislation.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to define and contribute to the technical content of webinars, papers, white papers, presentations, etc.

  • Client

Act as a key technical advisor during the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working closely with the sales team to advocate for our products and services.

Participate in technical commercial meetings through conferences or in-person sessions defined by the sales area to identify business needs and provide optimal solutions.

Prepare RFQs, RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and PoCs (proofs of concept), negotiating contracts from a technical standpoint, including MSAs, SOWs, and closing agreements.

Present technical proposals to clients that describe their needs and integration project.

Respond to security questionnaires (Risk Assessment) and engage in meetings with InfoSec departments of major accounts.

Validate and review that the documented technical project aligns with the client’s integration model requirements.

  • Training

Participate in the design, development, and management of product and service training plans at an international level across all our locations for business development.

Ideally you bring :

They are seeking an engineer with a passion and interest in the IT sector. Previous experience in IT is appreciated, but they are also open to candidates looking for a career change and eager to enter this field. Experience in pre-sales teams, or as a Project Manager or Product Owner, is valued. A high level of English is essential for daily tasks, and proficiency in a second foreign language such as German, French, or Italian is highly regarded. The ideal candidate should be multidisciplinary, customer-oriented, yet still interested in the technical aspects. They should possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team to collaborate with both commercial and technical areas. There should be availability to travel nationally and internationally, but not exceeding 20% of the time. A full-time work permit in Spain is required.
