The “Advanced Biofabrication for Tissue and Organ Engineering” research group, led by Prof. Daniel Nieto at the University of A Coruña, seeks a motivated candidate to assist with research activities focused on bioprinting multi-scaled vascularized functional living tissues.
The candidate will utilize a novel 3D biofabrication system (HOTB) to manipulate, position, and bioprint cells of varying sizes within a clinically relevant time frame (minutes). Responsibilities include working on organoid and lymph node tissue replication, biological characterization, and collaborating on animal modeling experiments (mice).

Bachelor Degree or equivalent
The candidate should hold a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering with excellent knowledge of scientific English (speaking, reading, writing). Additional experience in nanoscience, nanotechnology, 3D printing, tissue engineering, and cell culture will be advantageous.
Eligibility criteria include a degree in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology or similar, with points awarded based on experience in 3D bioprinting, tissue engineering, and cell culture.
Selection involves a personal interview for candidates scoring over 70 points, assessing abilities and knowledge related to the position.
