Operations Role

Operations is responsible for all production-related activities within the battery cell production, including planning, constructing, and rolling out battery cell factories. Additionally, planning and implementing operational functions such as logistics, quality, production, and plant management are key elements within operations.

How You Will CELLebrate

• Support and advise on the planning, construction, and operation of the battery cell factory in Spain.
• Develop and implement concepts to improve health and safety.
• Support the standardization of occupational safety, management systems, ergonomics, and other relevant safety topics for the factory.
• Investigate and evaluate the causes of work accidents and propose prevention measures.
• Prepare training documents and deliver training courses.
• Coordinate contractors (CAE), evaluate and communicate legal and safety requirements, and support their implementation.
• Conduct regular safety inspections / audits and close out corrective actions promptly.
• Update and maintain occupational risk assessments, preventive planning, and health & safety plans in accordance with legislation.

What You Need For Our CELLebration

• A degree in Prevention and Safety or equivalent university education enabling you to work as a Senior Technician in the Prevention of Labor Risk (PRL).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with licensing authorities.
• Ability to work shifts.
