How you can help people and organizations work better together : Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate ideally holds proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have experience preferably in a combination of CPG, Retail, and related Professional Services, with a history of using data-led insights and advisory capabilities to drive growth.

Experience in sales and client management in the services industries is also viewed as an asset.

As part of this role, you will :

  • Provide organizational, sales, and client service leadership for the Advantage Global business.
  • Build strong business relationships with our CPG clients, ensuring they are gaining value and insights from our work with them and that you strengthen their advocacy for Advantage.
  • Achieve sales and profit goals of client portfolio and meet new business development targets.
  • Work closely with the Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to ensure alignment to business strategy and processes, including meeting all targets and requirements for financial reporting — budgets, forecast estimates for clients across global and local investments.
  • Collaborate across appropriate functions of our and the client’s business to meet client needs and develop client service and product proposals.
  • Exercise strong business acumen and negotiation skills to achieve win-win agreements with clients.
  • Provide leadership and support to Market leaders on developing and nurturing collaboration with global clients at the country level.
  • Help to enhance the Advantage brand within the FMCG community through keynote presentations, conference participation, white papers, published articles, and similar efforts.

Location

The candidate will ideally be based in Europe, in a country where we operate (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, and Germany are preferred).

This role will be remote (home office based).

Travel may include : client offices for presentations and meetings (more in the second half of the year), occasional visits to Toronto Office, relevant conferences, or industry events.
