We focus on developing next-generation data and analytics capabilities, including Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Management & Governance. Members of the Data & Analytics Chapter collaborate across teams to develop solutions, scale and automate data pipelines, share information, and promote the reuse of data, analytics, and solutions.

The Position :

We are seeking a Data Management & Governance Specialist / Master Data Expert to join our newly established Integrated Informatics team. This role involves promoting efficient information management across the organization, understanding the value of data, and implementing good information management practices such as lifecycle management, modeling, master data management, and gathering business requirements. The goal is to enhance business performance and optimize costs through the use of glossaries, information models, repositories, and data flows aligned with business strategies and processes.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as IT Expert and Consultant for the SAP S4 Asset Master Data Global Template team, focusing on design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Product, Process, and Content owners to plan and implement improvements to the Global Template.
• Support functional activities including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Coordinate tasks across IT teams such as Build and Test factories to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and process design reviews for SAP S4 Asset Management processes.
• Manage SAP S4 Asset Management issues, including data migration, harmonization, IT integration, ensuring adherence to global template principles.

Requirements :

• Educational background from a reputed university in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Asset Master Data and processes.
• Experience with at least 2 full implementations of the SAP Assets Management Module.
• Strong functional understanding of SAP Asset Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Customizing and ABAP for design, implementation, and debugging.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and Focus Build cycles.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and work effectively in teams.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with an agile, results-oriented approach.
• Ownership and leadership capabilities in business discussions and decision-making.
• Proficiency in reporting and resolving solution and product defects.
• Fluent in business English.

Additional Skills :

• Experience with project methodologies such as SAFe, Agile, or Activate.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and ServiceNOW.
• Experience working in multicultural environments and onsite-offshore models.
• Basic knowledge of SAP BTP and middleware applications.
