Embark on a thrilling journey with Hyatt and gain hands-on experience in some of the most dynamic departments in the hospitality industry.

The program is structured in two phases, each with a challenging schedule :

• Executive Offices : Trainees will work closely with our Hotel Director and Leadership Committee, focusing on learning the overall operation of the hotel.
• Specialized Training : An intensive period of training focusing on the Trainee's chosen area of interest.

This training combines practical, hands-on experience with opportunities to develop people management skills in various learning environments. The program duration is 9-12 months.

What We’re Looking For :

• Full-Time Commitment : This is a paid, full-time Management Internship. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, which may include weekends.
• Housing : Please note that housing is not provided.
• Work Authorization : You must have legal authorization to work in Spain or the EU.
• Relevant Studies : Your field of study should relate to the internship and have been completed within the past year.
• Language Skills : Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for Learning : We seek individuals eager to learn and grow.
